Increase productivity

Emails can suck the life out of you.
But I am going to share with you two amazing techniques that will increase your productivity immediately. These techniques will only work if you are using Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2003. When you receive an email from someone you know you are going to keep dealing with in the future you can drag their email from the inbox onto the contacts list. By dragging the email onto the contacts list it will automatically create a contact for that person in your contacts. It gets the information it needs from the properties of the email sent. You will kick yourself that you have not being doing this before. But that is not the most amazing part. Now that you have the contact in the contact list. Open the contact. You will see a list of tabs across the top of the form. Look for the tab "Activities". Click on that and just give it a bit of time to pick up everything it can and list it for you. Every email, every appointment, every task that was communicated between your email box and theirs is listed. It looks through all the folders in the email system. What you said, what they said, dates. Everything is there in a list. You can keep track now of expectations. Now you don't need to waste time looking for their emails.
Or the ones you sent to them. Just click on activities and it's all there. Try it and you will love it. A Microsoft Certified Application Specialist has all these techniques at their fingertips.
